Store sealed
Keep filament in a sealed bag or dry box with silica desiccant when not in use. In humid conditions, the filament absorbs moisture within hours, degrading print quality.
Check for moisture
Popping, crackling sounds during printing = wet filament. Dry at 45–55°C for 4–6 hours before use.
First time with a new spool?
Run a quick temp tower and flow calibration before a production print. 20 minutes of calibration saves hours of failed prints.
